It is intended to provide the terms and conditions associated with the use of this website.  Use of, or access to, any of the pages of this website indicates an agreement on your part to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Our Role

You understand that your information will be shared with an attorney if you so request. The personal information shared will be limited to that which you submit while visiting the site. You understand that accidentvalues.com only refers you to attorneys if you so request.  Use of the site does not constitute an attorney-client relationship.  You only form an attorney-client relationship with an attorney upon execution of a a separate agreement to that effect.  If we refer you to another attorney, you only form an attorney-client relationship by the same with said attorney.  Warnken, LLC are Maryland lawyers.  Along with other attorneys in other jurisdictions, you only form an attorney-client relationship with us via separate written and signed agreement.

Your Information

When you provide your information, you agree that if you request it, an attorney may contact you by telephone or email, even if you are part of the Federal Trade Commission’s Do Not Call list or any particular state’s Do Not Call list. This also extends to any applicable trade, business, or other Do Not Call list.

Use of Site

You agree:
